By accessing and using the Fayda platform ("Platform" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with the last updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Fayda is NOT a Seller - We Do Not Sell Products

Fayda is an independent price comparison platform only. We do not sell products in any form. We do not own or control the inventory or products displayed on our platform. All products are sold exclusively by external stores ("Stores" or "Sellers").

Fayda acts as an informational intermediary that provides price comparison services. We do not interfere with the sales process and are not a party to any sales transaction between you and stores. We simply display price comparison information aggregated from public sources.

We are not an agent or representative of any store or seller. We do not have any contractual relationship with stores regarding product sales. Any complaints or claims related to purchased products must be directed directly to the relevant store, not to Fayda.

3. No Checkout or Payments - We Do Not Process Payments

Fayda does not process payments in any form. We do not provide checkout functionality or a payment system. We do not accept or process credit cards or any other payment information.

When you click on a product or offer on our platform, you will be redirected to the original store website where you can complete your purchase. All financial transactions are conducted directly between you and the store, not with Fayda. We do not participate in any part of the payment process.

We do not retain any payment information or financial information. We do not request or collect credit card information, bank account information, or any other sensitive financial information. All payment information is entered and processed exclusively on store websites.

4. Price Accuracy Not Guaranteed

All product information and prices displayed on Fayda are collected from publicly available sources on the internet. We make every effort to ensure information accuracy, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any displayed information.

Prices displayed on Fayda may change at any time without prior notice. Actual and final prices are determined by stores at checkout. Prices displayed on Fayda may differ from actual prices on store websites due to:

• Price updates by stores
• Special offers or temporary discounts
• Shipping fees or taxes not included
• Errors in data collection or display
• Delays in information updates

We strongly recommend verifying the final price on the store website before completing your purchase. Fayda is not responsible for any price discrepancies or changes that may occur after information collection.

5. Redirect to Third-Party Stores

When you click on a product or offer on our platform, you will be redirected to an external store website (third party). Fayda does not control the content, policies, or practices of these external websites.

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any product or service provided by external stores. We are not responsible for:

• Any losses or damages resulting from dealing with stores

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fayda shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of data or information
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Damages resulting from use of inaccurate information
• Damages resulting from dealing with third-party stores
• Service interruption or unavailability
• Any damages resulting from viruses or malicious software

In the event of any legal liability, Fayda's total liability is limited to an amount not exceeding 100 QAR or the amount you paid to us in the preceding twelve months, whichever is less.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the limitations mentioned above may not apply to you.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for using our platform in a legal and responsible manner. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Damage or disrupt the platform
• Use any automated program or bot to collect data
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fayda platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. All trademarks displayed on the platform are owned by their respective owners. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content from the platform without our written permission.

9. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. We may stop or limit access to the platform for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Qatar.
